Adjacent to the train station but some distance from the city centre

Very convenient for the train station.

Staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel is some distance from the city and there is very little in the vicinity.

Huge rooms and bathrooms. I quite liked the location although away from city centre but there was a park across the road that was really nice for running. One thing I missed was a kettle to boil hot water.

Wonderful

The location of the hotel is in the train station. You can see the hotel while getting out of the platforms. The room was nice and clean. It had sufficient space as well. The breakfast also had a nice selection. It was not as wide as some other hotels I have been to, but it was sufficiently good.

The hotel is divided into 2 sections and you have to walk a lot if you are in the other side of the hotel.

Well Organized and clean properly Located in a very good location which is the station itself, so no headache to reach the station after checking out Staff was haply and helpful Snacks in the little fridge gave the taste of the caring system , we run out of water but the little paper bottles in the frigate saved the day Very good view through the balcony to the other new side of Zaragoza We liked it

The entrance of the property from the station could be more clearly and visible for old people The pillows were a bit hard and we couldn’t relax out necks on them ‘could be better pillows

Surprise with the big family room and enjoy the stay

The hotel is close to the train station and very convenience. The family hotel room is very big, clean and comfortable. The price is value for money. We enjoy the stay in the hotel. Highly recommend for people come to travel.

The double room doesn’t have hot water kettle and cups. Breakfast has less variety of food.

Good value for a short stay

Very nice facilities, very comfortable, good value for the money. Recommended for short stays followed by transfers through train or plane. Taxi cost till airport is € 20.

Location is 20-25 minutes by bus from the center, it was not a surprise of course, I knew it in advance, so not really a minus. Buses are coming every 7 min and cost ~ € 1.80 / person.

It was ok. But lacking in basic.

Clean. The staff was very good

There is not a coffee maker in the room or air conditioning. We had to leave the window open at night and freeway runs next to the window. It was very loud and still hot. The coffee bar located in the lobby was empty and not in service.

Very nice hotel and staff, great location, would recommend.

Excellent location, we literally got off the train and walked about 50mtrs to the hotel. Huge room with a large window admittedly looking over the carport and highway but then though to the mountains in the background. The bus into town was outside the front door, if we had realised earlier we would have stayed a couple more nights as a base and maybe taken the train into Madrid.

Convenient location, great breakfast, friendly staff, very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is at the side of the station so perfect for us as we arrived late and had three days out be train. The hotel was very quiet. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very big. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly. There are buses from the station to the centre of town or it is a twenty minute walk.

There was no overhead light in the room so the room was rather dark. It was difficult to get out of the bath due to the fixed shower screen at the side of the bath.
